We have never had or even heard of better landlords than Jason and Becky. Not only are they super sweet and easy to talk to, they’re accommodating, understanding and realistic. They are extremely professional and I would trust them with anything. Our washer broke and they had a new one installed for us the next day. Our basement flooded and they gave us a gift card to Olive Garden for taking care of it. ky were very welcoming, professional, and the most down to earth landlords you will ever meet. The house that we rented from the Sullivan’s was very well maintained and whenever issues arose within the home, Jason or Becky were quick to respond to phone calls and quick to make arrangements to ensure maintenance issues were a priority. It was difficult to tell the Sullivan’s that we were purchasing a home and would have to move out as we really enjoyed the home and enjoyed the convenience of just having to make a quick phone call when something needed repaired. By far, the Sullivan’s were the most respectful, honest, and fair landlords that we have encountered in our many years of renting!
